ZeAnna Hall is the Director of Operations at Silver Fox, overseeing both locations by supporting staff, members & their families. She began her career in senior care as a Certified Nursing Assistant & has remained dedicated to compassionate, person-centered care throughout her professional journey. Since joining Silver Fox, ZeAnna has advanced into leadership with a philosophy grounded in accountability where she focuses on operational excellence, team development, & enhancing the overall member experience in alignment with the organization’s mission ensuring that both locations operate with efficiency, integrity, and heart.

ZeAnna is deeply committed to creating meaningful, engaging environments where seniors feel valued & families feel confident in their care. She takes pride in fostering a supportive workplace that empowers staff to deliver their best each day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family & caring for her many houseplants - an organic reflection of her natural inclination to nurture, cultivate, & serve.
